Grooving Wheels

We manufacture grooving wheels in several sizes for different groover types and applications.

• - The electroplated wheel is designed for grooving polycarbonate, trivex and hi-index lenses.
• - The bonded wheel is designed for grooving glass and plastic lenses.
• - Available in 25mm/1in diameter and 20mm diameter, with or without slots.
• - For Trivex lenses, we recommend using the slotted grooving wheels.
